Acura financial and Honda motor company are separate entities and dont talk to each other. Meanwhile my car is repaired at a body shop waiting for Acura parts.
A back ordered part is supposed to arrive April 27, which if accurate, will mean I havent used my car for 2 months but still having to pay the lease. Acura cant supply parts for their vehicles but I have to keep paying monthly. How is that fair or anyway to run a company.
At least theyre not blaming Covid, just general gross incompetence.
Acura doesnt care and does nothing to help. Ill be looking elsewhere for my next vehicle and will be sure to tell anyone I meet about this terrible experience.
