I asked for help and I was passed around to different departments before I was to go back to the dealership. They were calling you and nothing has been resolved. Very upset with all of you for giving wrong advice

I want to end my lease because I can no longer afford the payments. You sent me back to the dealership I leased it from and they wouldnt return my call.

Information
Needed information I could not get on their site. Called, waited a while, got transferred 3x, of course waiting between each transfer. Finally got to the right place and was helped immediately.

Just ask for resetting password have been lost !then give new set up for new ps !and also reset security questions

Terrible service. I was not able to speak to the representative to solve the issu. Please remove my contact information and dont use it for any reason or contact me again.

I am attempting to speak with someone regarding an issue that will impact my credit and unable to speak with someone directly.
My automatic loan withdrawal did not with draw my final payment and now it appears as if I have a 'missed payment' when in fact the payment should have been automatically withdrawn from my financial institution. I am trying to contact a human being to rectify this issue to no avial.

Preferred solution: I would like to have someone contact me and assist me with contacting credit bureaus to apprise them that I did not miss my payment, that it was not withdrawn as expected with 'automatic payments.'

Back order part leaves me without use of my mdx for 2 months
Acura financial and Honda motor company are separate entities and dont talk to each other. Meanwhile my car is repaired at a body shop waiting for Acura parts.
A back ordered part is supposed to arrive April 27, which if accurate, will mean I havent used my car for 2 months but still having to pay the lease. Acura cant supply parts for their vehicles but I have to keep paying monthly. How is that fair or anyway to run a company.
At least theyre not blaming Covid, just general gross incompetence.
Acura doesnt care and does nothing to help. Ill be looking elsewhere for my next vehicle and will be sure to tell anyone I meet about this terrible experience.

Attempted fraud when I turned in my lease
After turning in my lease I received everything from them - paperwork including the signed bill of sale. The numbers were suspicious because nothing quite added up.
After some further digging, I eventually discovered they had charged me twice for state sales tax. Attempts to resolve this with customer service were abusive and horrific. I began receiving harassing phone calls from manager "Courtney" who claimed they made a mistake on the bill of sale and demanded I allow them to send me a new signed bill of sale to replace the one they first sent me. The new bill of sale was, get this...
trying to charge me $1400 MORE! When they actually OWED me $1400! I don't even want to get into it, the whole experience was horrible and incompetent and maybe criminal of them. This Courtney even went so far as to yell at me and flat out accuse me of "just trying to get more money" from them.
What is wrong with these people?!
The bill of sale had already been processed and the car had been sold. I was still receiving these harassing phone calls. I can only imagine how many people they've scammed by charging double for tax and whatever else it was they were trying to do.
This place and its employees need to be investigated. "Courtney" needs to stop working with human beings.

Dear Acura, Representative,
For months now I have been unable to log-in to my account. I am sent
into an endless loop: AFS log-in - Salesforces message - HFS log-in -
Salesforces message - HFS log-in.
etc. Months ago, I called customer
services and they said it is a known issue but there is no fix. He
suggested I try other website browsers, which I did, but it did not
work.
I am shocked that a company like Acura would have such a poor website
and no access to competent technical support. Please have a competent
technical support person look into my credentials and restore my
ability to easily access my account.
I also sent messages two email addresses, supposedly, for Acura customer service both replied back sorry we cannot help you.
I am now trying a third. If I can find Jon Ikeda corporate email address, I send my notice of dissatisfaction also.

I'm trying to pay my lease payment that is due on Monday, but I have not received anything in the mail with my account number. I've tried logging into my Acura financial account with my social security number but it does not work either. I need help because I do not want to pay a late fee for my car

Not sure. I have it on auto pay and it didnt come out of my account.
Im trying to reach Acura finance and it t keeps going to an automated system. I dont have my account number with me.

Pay off date and amount
System does not give person calling a chance to state that they don't know or have account number before hanging up. So with that said my issue was not t resolved
