I hate this company

I have had 5 Acuras over the last 15 years or so, between my wife and I. And my experience with the finance arm of the company is so bad that I may never buy another one. How do you have late fees when you have demonstrably successfully set up auto pay? And the people who answer the phone couldnt be less helpful. Such a shame because I like the cars.

Horrible for online account access

I have tried for almost 2 months to be able to access my account online and cannot find anyone who can assist. I think I have spoken to everyone that works in the finance area and no one can resolve the issue. Unacceptable that someone cannot assign my account number to ME!.

I have paid my loan off and have received the title fir my vehicle. A withdrawal was taken from my banking account after my loan has been paid in full. Please immediately credit my banking account and stop automatic payments withdrawals.

Terrible Customer Service

I have had a terrible time getting help with a lease extension. Ive had to call about 10 times to get this resolved after being giving bad information multiple times by incompetent reps. It is still not resolved and I started it two weeks before my lease ended as instructed. I absolutely love my Acura and have been driving Acuras for years. This was my first lease and the experience with Acura finance has been terrible. I wanted to lease another, not this experience with the finance department has been so frustrating that I may have to consider another option.

Customer Service

The review is based on the service not the quality of the vehicle. You can never get a hold of anyone at the customer service department. Hold times are over 40 minutes and they are only open 9-5 Monday through Friday. I wouldnt get another vehicle based on the service alone.

This financial services organization is harsh and lacks any kind of human communication or response to requests. There are so very many alternatives out there. Do NOT finance with AFS and avoid at all costs. Good luck ever talking to a human. Why? Because anything resembling human is foreign to them. I have owned two Acuras and while I like the car, this is my last time ever purchasing one. There are highly rated alternatives and it is time to move in a new and completely different direction.

Back ordered parts for 4 month old MDX.

I have been out of my car for almost 2 months waiting on a backordered part. The original ETA was November 9 and bumped to January 14. I am still having to pay my lease payment on a car. I cant drive and if the part comes in in January. Ill be out of my car for four months. This is unacceptable. I was told I was on a critical list, and all I can do is wait. I am stuck paying a car rental $400 a week plus my lease payment on a car I cant drive. I love my Acura MDX. I bought my daughter one but unfortunately I will not buy another Acura because of this part situation. If they cannot provide parts for the cars, they do not need to make anymore.

User's recommendation: Great car but beware if it ever needs to go into the body shop. Acura will not provide you anything to drive or freeze your payments if you’re out of your car for months and months

Phone numbers don’t work

Acura lost my automatic draft information, keeps talking about a late payment. Thats not the case. Have had to replace battery 2 times in 3 years.

Get out of lease

I asked for help and I was passed around to different departments before I was to go back to the dealership. They were calling you and nothing has been resolved. Very upset with all of you for giving wrong advice
