Couldn't get thru on phone

There is no complaint. It's really hard to get thru in the phone. I picked wrong number. I am trying to fill out the lease extension and return it to you. This is really hard. I would like to speak to someone. Seems impossible. Lmk

Late Payment Removal

Hi I noticed that there was a late payment reporting on July 2021 and this has really hurt my credit score. I basically just would really love if you could update that status because i'm in the middle of applying for a mortgage and I promise to you to never be late again I can enroll in auto pay i just need this one thing to be adjusted. I have been making my monthly payment on time since then . Thank You.

WtfI am above and beyond tired of this department! They have not resolved the inaccurate charges with my registration cancelation for my first acura! They have not allowed me to speak to a manager! The same woman answers places me on hold refuses ro allow me to speak to a manager on duty! I am called over and over now for two days and hung up on randomly! I have told the representative to stop calling me unless its a manager thats its harassment and she refuses to stop! I am on the *** of filing a report with the police over this! I have NEVER IN MY LIFE experienced such a juvenile department or incompetent branch in my life! Why is there nobmanager????? Who is managing this department to allow them to harass a customer with a track record of diligent 100% paymentbon time and repeatedly peasing cars from this company!!! I will NEVER lease from acura again after my lease is up after this!!!! Never!!!! They have ruined my credit refuse to allow me to speak to someone in charge and my registration has been canceled since 12/2020 and the old car was turned in and a new one was leased at that time!!! Why am i dealing with this NOW or ATALL FOR THAT MATTER!!!!! My photos are just for today the calls and me attempting to speak to someone again and the number of times i was hung up on. The email is to a manager who apparently doesnt exist according to the rep to speak to! This is a SHAME!!! ACURA WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS!!!

Teleprompter was not working and it took multiple phone calls to get a person on the phone. Also, you dont allow to trade the vehicle unless its to Honda or Acura. I will never purchase a Honda or Acura again.
